3. Various risksthat may be faced by participating in outdoor travel
Participants, asindividuals with full civil capacity (minors are not allowed to participate in outdoor activitiesorganized by this club alone), should be aware of the various risks associated with outdoor activitiesand fulfill their reasonable duty of care and prevention. These risks include, but are not limited to,dangers from transportation, geological factors such as earthquakes, floods, and landslides, naturalhazards like falls, falling rocks, ice avalanches, snow avalanches, lightning, and epidemics ordiseases, and risks posed by third parties, individuals, or animals, such as drowning, crossing rivers, hypothermia, frostbite, injuries from bites, stings, dog attacks, and wild animal assaults. Such risksmay lead to injuries, fractures, disabilities, or even threats to life safety. The above description isincomplete, and there may be other unforeseen risks. These risks can result in personal injury, propertydamage, or harm to the person or property of third parties.
In addition, outdoor activities place severe demands on both physical and mental health, including activities inrugged terrain and harsh weather conditions. These often involve being far from rescue and medicalservices, with lengthy wait times for assistance. As a result, failing to receive timely medical carecan lead to more serious consequences or even life-threatening situations. Even if the team leader andother club staff have fulfilled their reasonable duty to care and provide assistance, and have takenappropriate rescue measures, if the loss of physical or property interests cannot be recovered, theadverse consequences will still be borne by the participants themselves.
4. Description ofother risks
First, outdoortravel activities inherently carry an element of unpredictability, which is part of their allure.Participants should be aware that organizers and guides cannot possibly foresee every potential riskduring outdoor trips (of course, the relevant staff members of our club have extensive experience andcan anticipate and warn against most risks associated with outdoor activities). Participants should alsoaccept the fact that unforeseen risks may arise during outdoor trips and bear the responsibility forthese risks. Additionally, participants must understand that physical activity and the use of equipmentcan pose potential hazards. They should also recognize that fitness and recreational activities carrythe risk of injury or even death, and voluntarily participate in these activities and use the equipmentprovided.
Secondly, duringthe self-arranged activities, participants should choose activity items within the scope of theirability to control risks and report them to relevant staff in time, actively ask about the risks ofrelated activities and matters needing attention, abide by the safety warning regulations in tourismactivities, and take responsibility for their own safety.
Again, participants can reduce risks through the following measures: pay more attention to the environment, monitor physical and mental conditions, ensure that all safety-related clothing and equipment issuitable, and only participate in activities within their physical and mental capabilities. Encourage aquestioning and skeptical mindset, asking organizers and leaders for explanations of any decisionsdeemed inappropriate by individuals. If a participant firmly believes that continuing an outdooractivity is unsafe, they should immediately stop the activity but must inform relevant staff andcomplete necessary procedures.
Finally, when acompanion needs assistance, the participant can offer help within their capabilities and without posingunreasonable risks to themselves. If the situation exceeds one's or others' abilities, or if it posespotential danger to oneself or others, the participant has no legal obligation to assist. Similarly, nocompanion or other member is legally obligated to assist in such situations. Of course, during theprocess of providing assistance, reasonable care must be exercised to avoid causing secondary harm tothe victim.
Other relevantagreements for travel

In the event of personal injury or property damage duringthe activity, all losses will be covered by the insurance company within its liability limits. Theorganizer (including the team leader) and other participants will not bear any expenses or legalliabilities arising from the incident.
The club offersthe following insurance policies: Outdoor Accident Insurance, which covers from boarding the vehicle tothe end of the activity and upon returning to the vehicle (for those who disembark during the returnjourney, the insurance ends upon disembarking); Domestic Long-Distance Activity Insurance, which coversfrom the day of assembly to the day of the activity's conclusion. Apart from the insurance explicitlypurchased by the club for participants, all other insurances must be purchased independently by theparticipants. Participants can seek advice on purchasing insurance from relevant staff members of theclub, but the club does not generally act as an agent for purchasing such insurance. It is recommendedthat participants purchase additional supplementary insurance to guard against any accidentalinjuries.

Therefore, those who register on behalf of othershave the obligation to promptly and comprehensively inform the actual participants of all relevantinformation (including but not limited to explanations of the terms of this notice, special remindersand warnings for participants, and provisions in the contract regarding the club's liabilityexemptions). 2. Since outdooractivities inherently carry certain risks, participants should be aware of these risks beforeparticipating. Therefore, if, during the activity, relevant staff have fulfilled their reasonable dutyof care and taken appropriate measures, but still unavoidable natural disasters or other force majeureevents or accidents result in physical or property damage to the participant, such losses shall be borneby the participant.
3. Participantsshould follow the instructions of the leader and other relevant staff during outdoor travel activities, and shall not engage in any acts that violate laws and regulations.
